Exporting your logbook from Aviato

This guide explains how to export your logbook to PDF.

Open Profile

From the dashboard, select Profile in the bottom navigation.
The Profile page opens with account and data options.

Go to Export Data

In the left sidebar, select Export Data.
The logbook export view loads with a live PDF preview.

Preview your logbook

The preview shows:

Flights laid out in an authority-style logbook format
Aircraft, registration, commander, and role columns
Day, night, instrument, simulator, and totals carried forward
Remarks and certification fields

This preview reflects your current logbook data exactly as it will be exported.

Download the PDF

Select Download PDF in the top-right corner.
Aviato generates and downloads your logbook as a PDF file.

Notes

The export uses your current role settings and time allocations.
Any edits to flights update the export automatically.
The PDF is suitable for printing, submissions, and record keeping.
